Ramiro Johnson, Founder & CEO
Ramiro Johnson founded Integrated Engineer Company on a simple conviction: structural steel work should be delivered with engineering rigor, on schedule, and to tolerance. Educated at the Federal University of Mato Grosso and holding an MSc from the State University of Londrina, he pairs formal technical grounding with hands-on command of fabrication and erection. He holds direct technical oversight on every project the firm takes on and is the reference point for quality, safety and accountability across the company.
Thomas Brett Mellard, Chief Operating Officer
Thomas Brett Mellard runs day-to-day operations, from shop-floor fabrication and erection sequencing to site logistics, crane and rigging plans, and delivery against schedule. Educated in Wales, he has spent his career on the metal framework of buildings and structures and on heavy rigging and load handling across the United Kingdom. He brings that field discipline to every lift and every handover.
Bridget Otwell, Chief Financial Officer
Bridget Otwell leads finance, cost control and commercial risk. A finance executive with an education from France and extensive experience across EMEA, she has worked across the engineering disciplines, from construction finance to engineering audit to structural steel erection. She gives clients and partners clear numbers, disciplined project controls and a financial footing built for large-scale construction.

Based in: Lancaster, California, in the Antelope Valley industrial and aerospace-manufacturing corridor, close to clients who already work to tight tolerances and documentation standards. Our leadership team brings experience from Brazil, Wales, the UK, France and EMEA.
Service area: United States infrastructure and manufacturing work. We have already led projects outside the U.S. in Canada, South East Asia, Oman, the UK and Singapore, and we are expanding into Europe and other international markets.
