1. Laborer — Prime Painting, Shipping/Receiving & Parts
Lancaster, CA · Occasional opening
Support shop operations by prime-painting fabricated steel, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and parts organization.
- Apply primer coatings to fabricated steel members per spec
- Receive, log, and stage incoming material and parts
- Prepare outgoing shipments and maintain yard organization
2. Structural Steel Fabricator
Lancaster, CA · Occasional opening
Fabricate structural steel members and assemblies in the shop, working from approved shop drawings.
- Cut, fit, and weld structural steel to drawing tolerance
- Read and work from shop drawings and cut lists
- Perform in-process quality checks on your own work
3. Truck Driver, CDL Class A (also Laborer/Welder/Fabricator/Shipping & Receiving)
Lancaster, CA · Occasional opening
A flexible, multi-skilled role — haul material between shop and site, and pitch in on welding, fabrication, and shipping/receiving as needed.
- Valid CDL Class A required
- Safely transport steel, equipment, and materials to job sites
- Cross-train and assist across fabrication, welding, and yard operations
4. Metal Building Installer
Lancaster, CA · Occasional opening
Install pre-engineered and custom metal building components on-site, as part of an erection crew.
- Erect framing, panels, and trim per manufacturer specifications
- Work safely at height using proper fall-protection equipment
- Coordinate with crew lead on daily erection sequence
5. Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Erector
Lancaster, CA · Occasional opening
Lead and perform erection of pre-engineered metal buildings, from foundation bolt-up through final trim.
- Erect primary and secondary framing for PEMB structures
- Read PEMB erection drawings and manufacturer instructions
- Experience with rigging and crane-assisted erection preferred
