What we do, broken down by scope rather than sold as one undifferentiated service.

01 — Structural Steel Fabrication

Shop drawings developed from approved structural drawings, member cutting and fit-up, welding per applicable AWS procedures, and shop QA checks prior to release for shipment. Scope includes primary framing, secondary framing, connections, and miscellaneous/architecturally exposed steel where called for.

02 — Structural Steel Erection

Erection sequencing and crane planning developed against site access, load path, and adjacent-structure constraints; field bolting and welding crews; temporary bracing and fall-protection planning; final plumb, level, and alignment survey against tolerance.

03 — Field Engineering & QA/QC

Connection and weld inspection coordination, bolt torque/tension verification, non-conformance tracking, and as-built documentation to close out the structural package cleanly for the record.

04 — Project Delivery Methodology

Pre-construction coordination, submittal and RFI management, schedule and manpower planning tied to erection sequence, and a single technical point of contact for the duration of the structural scope.

How We Work

1. Pre-construction — Drawing review, constructibility input, shop drawing development, and erection sequence planning before steel is cut.

2. Fabrication — Shop production against approved drawings, with in-process QA checks and mill certification tracking on primary material.

3. Erection & close-out — Field erection per sequence, inspection coordination, punch-list resolution, and as-built package delivered to the GC or owner.
